Why Clean?

Cleaning is required for five reasons:
- First Impressions
in most situations, dust control is of paramount importance
- Dust Control
in most situations, dust control is of paramount importance
- Prevention of the spread of
infection and disease
when maintaining a clean environment
prevention of the spread of disease-causing bacteria and their
removal can be of paramount importance. Cleaning is the most
important method of achieving this. Effective cleaning will
remove the majority of bacteria present on a surface.
- Preservation of the fabric,
fixture, fittings and furniture
accumulation of dust,
grease and other types of soil will lead to a progressive
deterioration of a building and its furnishings. When cleaning
is neglected, this process of deterioration will accelerate and
eventually may require drastic methods which will cause further
damage.
- Provision of a socially
acceptable environment
a clean and attractive environment
is essential to live and work in. Guests are unlikely to return
to a poorly maintained environment as opposed to a cleaned and
well maintained one
